白酒燉梨  

 

剛抵達法國時,川哥買了幾個西洋梨

後來因為他一直在忙工作的事沒空吃這些梨子

身兼煮飯婆的我發現有瓶紅酒放了很久卻未喝完

心血來潮建議他不如我們來作紅酒燉梨

順便滋補一下他最近因旅行,婚事和工作而勞累的身心

 

昨天晚上我們在飯後享用了這道甜點

輕舀一匙外紅內白的果肉

吃進口裡暖心暖肺

因此渡過了一個溫暖甜蜜的夜晚

外面下著雪。 

 

Tron bought a few pears after our arrival at France,

although he was too busy to eat them due to heavy works.

As a temporarily part-time cook, I found a long-sitting bottle of red wine;

it struck me that why not stew the pears with red wine.

It could also helped Tron relax and obtain the nourishment,

after exhausting himself for traveling, wedding and works.

 

We tried this dish as a dessert after the dunner last night.

Gently scooping the pear, you got the red-out but white-in flesh;

it greatly warmed up your heart and lung once taken by your mouth.

We therefore enjoyed a warm and sweet night,

while it's snowing.
